Job summary

RealREPP is partnering with a well-established drywall subcontractor to hire an experienced Drywall Project Manager for nationwide opportunities. The ideal candidate will come from a drywall subcontractor or self-perform drywall division and have experience on mission-critical and large-scale projects.

Position requires willingness to travel to Shreveport, LA with per diem or relocation support. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering and 3+ years of PM

Qualifications

• 3+ years project management experience in drywall subcontracting or self-perform drywall division.
• Experience with drywall, metal stud framing, IMP, etc.
• Experience on mission-critical projects and large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution from planning to closeout.
• Manage construction projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project execution.
• Oversee procurement activities.
• Support/lead technical coordination with engineers & clients.
• Prepare/track change orders with proper documentation.
• Track project budgets, billable hours, labor, billing.
• Support field teams as necessary.

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established drywall subcontractor with a nationwide presence to assist in hiring an experienced Drywall Project Manager!

The ideal candidate will be coming from either a drywall subcontractor or self-perform drywall division and have experience with mission-critical (or other large-scale projects).

• MUST BE OPEN TO TRAVEL TO SHREVEPORT, LA** - Per Diem or relocation included!!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution from planning to closeout
• Manage construction projects
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project execution

• Track project budgets, billable hours, labor, billing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred)
• 3+ years project management experience with drywall subcontractor OR self-perform drywall division
• Experience with drywall, metal stud framing, IMP, etc.
• Experience on mission-critical projects (highly preferred)
• Experience on large-scale projects (required)

Compensation Package

• Base Salary $12-160k (broad range based on experience)
