Job summary

RealREPP is partnering with a well-established drywall subcontractor to hire an experienced Project Manager outside of Jackson, MS. The ideal candidate will have drywall/subcontractor experience and data center project exposure, with travel to Jackson, MS.

The role offers base salary between $105k and $150k, per diem, and full benefits, including medical/dental/vision and 401k with match. Full-time onsite position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred).
• 5+ years project management experience with drywall subcontractor or self-perform drywall division.
• Experience with drywall, metal stud framing, IMP, etc.
• Data center projects experience (highly preferred).
• Experience on large-scale projects (required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution from planning to closeout.
• Manage construction projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project execution.
• Oversee procurement activities.
• Support/lead technical coordination with engineers and clients.
• Prepare/track change orders, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
• Track project budgets, billable hours, labor, billing.
• Support field teams as necessary.

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established drywall subcontractor with a nationwide presence to assist in hiring an experienced Project Manager outside of Jackson, MS!

The ideal candidate will be coming from either a drywall subcontractor or self‑perform drywall division and have experience with data center projects (or other large‑scale projects).
