Sun Realty is seeking a Drywall & Painting Technician for the Outer Banks properties. This full-time, year-round role involves estimating and completing drywall and painting work orders, applying finishes, wallpaper, and trim, and performing basic maintenance to keep homes guest-ready.

Applicants should have 2+ years experience with drywall finishing, wallpaper and paint/stain applications, basic carpentry, and a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of drywall finishing, wallpaper, and paint/stain applications.
• Basic carpentry skills; advanced carpentry or drywall finishing a plus.
• Valid driver's license held for 3+ years with a favorable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide estimates and complete work orders for drywall & painting jobs.
• Apply/repair drywall finishes (knock-down, flat, orange peel), wallpaper, and trim/door finishes.
• Work with various paints, stains, and finishes.
• Perform basic general maintenance as needed.
