Job summary

Foundation Building Materials, a leading construction materials distributor, seeks a Drywall Mixer to support daily production. You will help ensure product consistency, quality, and efficiency across the mixing process while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

In this hands-on role, you will prepare lines, start shifts on time, conduct basic lab tests, and monitor packaging and weights. A high school diploma and manufacturing experience are preferred, with a commitment to teamwork and

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or mixing operations preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in quality control and measurements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and operational protocols.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the production line for daily operations.
• Start the line on time at the beginning of each shift.
• Supervise line operations and ensure proper dump setup.
• Mix product according to instructions and manage quality tests.
• Conduct lab testing for material consistency and tape/shrink tests.
• Report daily production output and quotas to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of the production line.
• Perform other duties to support manufacturing goals.
