Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Round Rock, TX 78681 is seeking Production Workers to operate machinery, assemble products, and ensure targets are met with precision. This full-time role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, reliable transportation, and adherence to safety policies.

You will follow the daily schedule, prepare and seal boxes, record counts, and assist with equipment maintenance. Forklift experience is a plus, and random drug testing is required for safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and participate in assembly to meet production targets.
• Strictly follow instructions and daily manufacturing schedule.

• Record batch counts on the production floor sheet.
• Notify supervisor of errors, irregularities, or equipment problems.
• Handle pallets and empty boxes as needed.
• Assist the mixer when required; participate in job rotation.
• Keep work area clean and safe; use safety equipment.
• Train new employees at the station as needed.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring that production targets are met with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Strictly follow instructions
• Pick-up and prepare manufacturing schedule daily
• Fill, seal, and stack boxes/bags properly and neatly
• Write down the actual counts of boxes per batch on production floor sheet
• Notify the supervisor of any errors, differences, or irregularities in product
• Get pallets used for stacking finished material when needed
• Get bundles of empty boxes/bags when needed
• Notify the supervisor of any equipment problems
• Assist the mixer if needed
• Clean area at the end of shift
• Training new employees in station
• Be prepared for job rotation if needed
• Use safety equipment when required and follow all safety rules
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Other duties as needed
