Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of drywall installation/finishing experience preferred or required.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Installs metal stud framing and drywall panels with accurate measurements and secure attachment.
• Inspects finished work for smoothness and alignment according to project specs.
• Coordinates with other trades to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.
• Maintains records of materials used and progress for reporting and inventory purposes.
• Keeps work areas clean, organized and safe throughout all phases of drywall installation and finishing.
• Identifies and communicates installation or finishing challenges to leadership for resolution.
