Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or equivalent with estimating experience.
• Drywall estimating experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods and codes.
• Ability to analyze plans and resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Organize bid documents and ensure clarity and compliance.
• Analyze plans and specifications to identify ambiguities.
• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Develop and present professional written and verbal proposals.
• Collaborate with project management on production goals and subcontractor quotes.
• Support change orders and post-award activities.
