Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for internal and external collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Organize bid documents according to company standards and ensure clarity.
• Review plans and specs to resolve ambiguities before proposal submission.
• Provide detailed quantity surveys for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Tailor cost data by area or component to meet customer needs.
