Salary Range: $21.00 - $23.00 Hourly
Job Shift: Night

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for adjusting dryer temperatures to remain compliant to customer’s specifications.
• Monitors belts and turns on cleaning brushes as needed to minimize temperature fluctuations from burnt product.
• Optimizes dryer performance while maintaining consistent, quality products.
• Responsible for spraying out dryer swecos and shakers as often as needed to ensure consistent dryer feed, with a minimum of once per hour.
• Ensures clear and timely communication to maximize quality, productivity and minimize down time.

• Records checks and stops/starts runs in required categories in RedZone.
• Maintains cleanliness of equipment and surrounding areas.
• Responsible for food safety.
• Informs lab technician and shift supervisor of known or anticipated problems and recommends corrective action.
