Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment cleanliness and sanitation in dryer areas.
• Manage daily/weekly/monthly sanitation schedules.
• Verify final weights of finished products.
• Ensure proper packaging, sealing, labeling, and stacking of finished products.
• Read and comprehend batch records for solids and recon used.
• Prepare and perform pre-operational inspections.
• Pull lab samples for production.
• Meet overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) targets.
• Complete end-of-shift documentation and records.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and collaborate with maintenance personnel.
• Follow start-up and shutdown procedures.
• Operate dryers, including HPP, airflow, and burner controls.
• Monitor packaging crew for quality and address deficiencies.
• Read and follow POs and SAP report procedures.
