Drybar in Roseville, CA is seeking a talented Stylist to deliver our signature blowouts and guest experiences. You will join a team that values training, growth, and a supportive culture, with opportunities in management and education.

If you love fast-paced beauty environments, have a California Cosmetology license, and enjoy selling products and memberships while keeping the shop guest-ready, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• A current and valid California Cosmetology License.
• Must be available to work Thursday through Sunday.
• Must be flexible to open and closing shifts.
• Strong blowout styling and finishing skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong sales skills to recommend products, styling tools, and memberships.
• Proactive attitude with the initiative to stay productive.

Responsibilities

• Create our signature Drybar blowouts and styling services with skill, creativity, and consistency.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience from the moment clients walk through the door.
• Build relationships with guests and help them discover products, styling tools, and memberships that fit their beauty routine.
• Use your styling expertise and sales skills to educate clients and recommend solutions that enhance their experience.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready shop through daily side work, including restocking products, inventory, light cleaning, and maintaining common areas.
• Participate in team meetings, education sessions, and ongoing training to continue growing your skills.
