Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable OTR driving experience.
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents.

Responsibilities

• Drive trucks primarily under Dry Van transportation.
• Ensure safe and timely delivery of freight.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues.

Compensation and Bonuses

Safety and productivity bonus : up to 10 cents per mile

Home time : 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home

99% no touch

Weekly pay range : $1320-$2100

Team Drivers

Safety and productivity bonus : 5 cents per mile

Home time : 2 weeks out - 2 nights at home

99% no touch

Weekly pay range : $3200-$4500 (split)

Equipment

Drivers operate late-model trucks, including Peterbilt 579 and Freightliner Cascadia models, all less than 3 years old. Features include :
