Job summary

ASB Freight Co. is hiring a Southwest Route Driver to haul dry van freight within an established Southwest regional network. You will operate with weekly home time and a 34-hour reset.

Earn $0.53 CPM on all dispatched miles, with bonuses for Hazmat endorsement and safety incentives. Freight is 100% no-touch and primarily drop-and-hook, keeping you moving with regular home time. Must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 6 months of experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• Be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Meet applicable DOT qualification standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport freight within the Southwest region.
• Complete required vehicle inspections and electronic logs.
• Follow applicable DOT and company safety procedures.

Southwest Route Driver

Spend your week running consistent Southwest freight and return home each week for a 34-hour reset.

We're adding experienced Class A drivers to a regional dry van fleet averaging 2,240+ miles per week. Freight is 100% no-touch and primarily drop-and-hook, making this a solid option for drivers who want to keep moving without the extended time away associated with traditional OTR.

What Your Week Looks Like

You'll operate within an established Southwest regional network hauling dry van freight.

Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset
Average Mileage: 2,240+ miles per week
Freight: 100% no-touch
Load Type: Primarily drop-and-hook
Operating Style: Regional

How You're Paid

Drivers earn $0.53 CPM on all dispatched miles, including loaded and empty miles.

Additional earning opportunities include:

• Safety incentives
• Additional $0.01 CPM with a Hazmat endorsement
• Driver Pay Protection Program
• Weekly direct deposit

A Hazmat endorsement is not required for this position.

Who Qualifies?

Applicants must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 6 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience.

Drivers must also be at least 21 years old, meet applicable DOT qualification standards, and be authorized to work in the United States.

Day-to-day responsibilities include safely transporting assigned freight, completing required vehicle inspections and electronic logs, and following applicable DOT and company safety procedures.
