Job summary

ASB Freight Co. in Oakland, CA is currently seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a regional dry van operation serving the Southwest. This role offers weekly home time, a regional freight network, and a mileage-based pay package with incentives.

Qualifications

About the Position

Our company is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a regional dry van operation serving the Southwest. This position offers weekly home time, regional freight, and a mileage-based pay package with additional incentive opportunities.

Driver Schedule

• Regional Southwest routes
• Home weekly with a scheduled 34-hour restart
• Average 2,200+ miles per week

Freight Information

• Dry van trailers
• Driver unload not required
• Primarily drop-and-hook freight

Pay Package

• $0.53 CPM on all dispatched miles (loaded and empty)
• Additional $0.01–$0.03 CPM safety incentive
• Additional $0.01 CPM for drivers with a Hazmat endorsement (endorsement not required)
• Weekly pay by direct deposit

Additional Hiring Information

Drivers who have successfully completed the FMCSA SAP Return-to-Duty process may be considered if all SAP requirements have been completed and verifiable Class A driving experience has been obtained after completing the SAP program. All applicants must meet company hiring guidelines.
