This role features weekly home time, consistent miles, 100% no-touch freight, and mostly drop-and-hook loads across the Southwest. Average weekly miles exceed 2,240 with a pay structure of $0.53 CPM plus potential Hazmat incentives and occasional safety bonuses; drivers receive weekly direct deposits and benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and meet DOT qualifications.

We\'re looking for experienced Class A CDL drivers to join a regional dry van fleet operating throughout the Southwest. This position offers weekly home time, consistent miles, and no-touch freight for drivers seeking a dependable regional schedule.

Schedule & Routes

• Regional Southwest operation
• Weekly 34-hour reset
• Average of 2,240+ miles per week
• Dry van freight
• 100% no-touch
• Primarily drop-and-hook loads

Driver Pay

Drivers on this fleet receive:

• $0.53 CPM on all dispatched miles (loaded and empty)
• Weekly direct deposit
• Safety incentive opportunities of $0.01–$0.03 CPM
• Additional $0.01 CPM for drivers with a Hazmat endorsement

Actual earnings vary based on miles, productivity, and applicable incentive programs.

Qualifications
