ASB Freight Co. is seeking drivers for a regional Southwest fleet with regular home time and consistent freight. Most loads are no-touch and drop-and-hook, with weekly miles averaging 2,240+ across the Southwest.

You will drive dry van equipment for a carrier focusing on reliability and driver-focused values, with weekly pay and benefits including health coverage and a 401(k). Orientation is paid, and equipment is modern.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Have at least 6 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Meet applicable DOT qualification requirements.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Haul dry van freight regionally throughout the Southwest.
• Operate with no-touch freight, often drop-and-hook.
• Maintain regular home time each week.
• Utilize company-maintained tractors on assigned routes.

Drivers on this account primarily haul dry van freight throughout the Southwest while averaging more than 2,200 miles each week. Most loads are drop-and-hook and all freight is no-touch.

A Typical Week

• Regional routes throughout the Southwest
• Weekly home time
• Approximately 2,240+ miles per week
• Dry van trailers
• No-touch freight
• Primarily drop-and-hook loads

Driver Pay

• $0.53 CPM on all dispatched miles (loaded and empty)
• Weekly direct deposit
• Additional safety incentive opportunities
• Additional mileage incentive available for drivers with a Hazmat endorsement

Actual compensation varies based on miles, productivity, and applicable incentive programs.
