Manpower Group (USA) represents a well-established Construction Company in Corona, CA, seeking a Dry Utilities Estimator/Project Manager for onsite duties. You will handle bid preparation, budget development and project oversight from award to closeout.

The role emphasizes gas, electric and telecom infrastructure with focus on accurate takeoffs, schedules and cash flow projections. Proficiency in B2W, Coins, Bluebeam and PlanSwift is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years in construction, utilities or civil project management and estimating.
• Experience estimating and managing dry utility work (gas, electrical, telecom) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare cost estimates for dry utility projects.
• Manage bidding process: review bids, analyze specs, attend pre-bid walks.
• Develop bid proposals and transition bids into active budgets.
• Manage projects from award to closeout, including budgets and cash flow.
• Develop project budgets, schedules and forecasts.

Our client, a well-established Construction Companyis seeking a Dry Ultilites Estimator/ Project Managerto join their team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational and time-management abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

$ 80k - $110k/yr

What’s the Job?

• Perform comprehensive quantity takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates for dry utility projects, specifically focusing on gas, electrical, and telecom infrastructure.
• Manage the complete bidding process, including reviewing bid documents, analyzing specifications, and attending pre-bid job walks.
• Develop competitive bid proposals and transition successful bids into active project budgets.
• Manage assigned construction projects from project award through final closeout.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5-8 years of progressive construction, utilities, or civil project management and estimating experience required.
• Demonstrated experience estimating and managing dry utility work, specifically gas, electrical, and telecom infrastructure, is required.
• Experience estimating or managing underground wet utilities (sewer, storm drain, water) or civil infrastructure projects is stronglypreferred
• Proficiency with estimating and project management software, specifically Bid to Win (B2W), Coins, Bluebeam, andPlanSwift, as well as Microsoft Excel.
