Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in sand operations; 1 year in sand plant production preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience operating mobile equipment such as skid steers, manlifts, and Sky Traks.

Responsibilities

• Pre-shift inspections and identify equipment needs.
• Collaborate with Dry Plant Lead Operator on work methods and resource needs.
• Maintain clean walkways and work areas using shovels and housekeeping.
• Occasionally read silo measurements to confirm product readiness for customers.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for equipment repairs.
• Communicate with Board Operators for dryer operations adjustments.
• Keep areas clear of sand buildup and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Assist in other plant areas as needed.
