Job summary

Iron Oak Energy Solutions in Poteet, TX operates the Bigfoot Dry Plant and seeks a diligent Dry Plant Operator to maintain housekeeping, assist in cleaning spills and piles, and coordinate with the Dry Plant Lead Operator for shift tasks. The candidate should be capable of working with silos and keeping dryers operational.

The role requires prior sand operations experience, strong communication, and the ability to use skid steers, manlifts, and Sky Traks while following safety protocols and MSHA

Qualifications

• 6 months minimum experience in sand operations or similar
• Experience operating mobile equipment used in plant environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to wear PPE and work safely in an industrial setting

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping of the dry plant
• Support cleaning spills and piles using appropriate equipment
• Work with Dry Plant Lead Operator and Production Supervisor on tasks
• Assist in plant maintenance and repairs as needed
• Ensure walkways and work areas are clear and safe
• Contribute to compliance with MSHA regulations
