You will supervise interviews, payroll, staffing, training, merchandising, and problem solving to meet store goals. Base pay ranges from $45,000 to $50,000 per year with comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Experience coordinating interviews and reference checks.
• Experience with payroll and timekeeping processes.
• Merchandising planning and maintaining store appearance.
• Ability to forecast staffing needs and schedule shifts.
• Experience coaching performance and providing feedback.

Responsibilities

• Complete payroll and time clock maintenance.
• Administer employee benefits enrollment and usage.
• Implement merchandising plans and monitor visual appearance and cleanliness.
• Develop and implement solutions to customer problems and business needs.
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

You support the Dry Goods brand by directing activities required to achieve all store goals, elevating associate and customer engagement, and presenting an inspiring, fashionable store environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Motivate store employees to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and keyholder
• Coordinate the interview process: conduct screenings, interviews, and references
• Maintain appropriate staffing - forecast future staffing needs
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service and increase sales – provide feedback and performance evaluations
• Develop associate’s skills to meet store goals - conduct ongoing training for new and existing employees
• Complete payroll and time clock maintenance
• Administer employee benefit enrollment and usage
• Implement merchandising plans and monitor store's visual appearance and cleanliness
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and business needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts

The expected base wage for this Illinois based position is $45,000 - $50,000/annually. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
