Dry Goods USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and to assist with all store operations. This role emphasizes relationship building, product knowledge, and delivering one‑of‑a‑kind service, with opportunities to train teams, drive sales, and grow professionally in a family‑owned company.

The expected base wage for this Illinois‑based position is $18.00–$20.00/hr with overtime eligibility,

• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts

Job description
