The role emphasizes daily inventory, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with accounting and leads, with full-time hours and a focus on food safety and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with parts and supplies inventory control.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Good computer skills and data entry accuracy.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work all shifts with flexible scheduling.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly working environment.
• Daily inventory of packaging supplies.
• Verify packaging paperwork with incoming items.
• Identify items by description and number.
• Convert receiving counts with BPCS to ensure accuracy.
• Understand daily packaging report, waste entries and variances.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate item entries.
• Communicate with leads and supervisors via radio or in person.
• Assist in receiving or shipping as needed.
• Follow Food Safety/Good Manufacturing Practices.
