Job summary

Kansas City Steak, a National Beef Company, is seeking a qualified professional to join our Distribution Center as a Part-Time Assistant Shipping Coordinator. This on-site role supports shipping coordination, order fulfillment, and coordination with major customers to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. This position is on-site and safety sensitive.

Responsibilities

• Aid shipping coordination.
• Ensure financially settled orders are accurately processed for shipping.
• Build shipping waves in accordance with requirements established by operations team.
• Coordinate and process the fulfillment of customer orders: QVC/HSN shipping, printing, and organizing labels; Costco, AAGES, and Kroger order processing and order confirmations.
• Track and follow up on shipments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Coordinate flow of orders, including integrating shipping of both ground and express orders with FedEx and UPS.
• Additional QVC/Fulfillment customer responsibilities: Completing QVC Item Set Up documents and supporting Fulfillment customer product setup and inventory management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
