Job summary

Dry Goods, Inc. in Springfield, MO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the store manager in driving customer service, sales, and day-to-day operations. You will coach staff, build relationships with customers, and ensure a clean, energetic sales floor.

You will motivate teams to meet store goals, learn product knowledge, and support career growth while maintaining a focus on excellent customer experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for advancement.

• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
