Job summary

Dry Goods in Noblesville, IN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates to deliver outstanding customer service and help customers create their own personal style.

You will train, coach, and lead by example, develop relationships to grow store business, and ensure all duties of a sales associate are executed to hit sales goals. A rotation of day/evening/weekend shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams or as an assistant manager.
• Ability to train, coach and motivate associates.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
