As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates and assisting with all operations, delivering one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, product knowledge, and a clean, exciting store.

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts

You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.
