Dry Goods is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assisting with all operations. You will provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.

As a leader, you will train and coach staff, develop relationships to grow the store's business, and help achieve individual sales goals while driving customer satisfaction.

• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
