Job summary

Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates, sharing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service. You help customers create their own personal style and keep the store inviting and organized.

You will train and coach team members, work to grow store business, meet sales goals, and ensure smooth operations. The role requires flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts; commit to internal promotion and comprehensive benefits.

• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
