As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assist with all operations. You provide unique service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean and exciting store environment.

What You’ll Do:

1. Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach, and lead by example.
2. Develop relationships to grow store business.
3. Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals.
4. Assess associate performance to improve customer service quality, increase sales, and meet store goals.
5. Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and meet store needs.
6. Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
