As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assist with all store operations. You provide exceptional service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

What You’ll Do:

1. Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example.
2. Develop relationships to grow the store's business.
3. Perform all duties of a sales associate and meet individual sales and account goals.
4. Assess associate performance to enhance customer service, increase sales, and achieve store objectives.
5. Develop and implement solutions to address customer issues and store needs.
6. Be flexible to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
