As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assist with all store operations. You provide exceptional service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, exciting store environment.

What You’ll Do:

1. Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example.
2. Develop relationships to grow the store's business.
3. Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals.
4. Assess associate performance to improve service quality, increase sales, and meet store objectives.
5. Develop and implement solutions to address customer problems and store needs.
6. Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
