Job summary

HOA Talent is hiring an Experienced DRV Inspector for multiple communities in Houston, TX. The role requires a Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record, punctuality, and strong customer service. In-office position with generous benefits and paid time off.

Responsibilities include communicating with boards and homeowners via phone, email, and occasional in-person meetings; prior Community Inspector experience is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• One year of experience preferred as a Community Inspector for multiple communities.
• Following governing documents/ CCRs and state property code laws for each community.

General Expectations & Requirements:

Experienced DRV Inspector position available. Must possess and maintain a valid Texas Driver’s License with a good driving record – no exceptions. Punctuality and regular attendance is required. Professionalism and great customer service skills are needed.

• One year of experience preferred as a Community Inspector for multiple communities.
• Following the governing documents/CCRs and state property code laws for each community.

• Inspectors will conduct business with board members and homeowners by phone, email, and occasionally in person.
• Preferred:
• MSFT office
• CINC or similar software system or the ability to learn quickly.
• Bi-lingual, English / Spanish - written & spoken, preferred butnot required.
