Job summary

HOA Talent is seeking an Experienced DRV Inspector for in-office work in Georgia. The role requires a valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record, punctuality, and strong customer service skills.

Preference for candidates with 1 year of Community Inspector experience across multiple communities. Inspectors will communicate with boards and homeowners by phone and email, with occasional in-person contact.

Qualifications

• One year of experience preferred as a Community Inspector for multiple communities.
• Follow governing documents/CCRs and state property code laws for each community.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect communities for board members and homeowners by phone, email, and occasional in person.
• Utilize MSFT Office and CINC or similar software for reporting and tracking.
• Interact professionally with homeowners and board members; maintain punctuality and regular attendance.

General Expectations & Requirements:

Experienced DRV Inspector position available. Must possess and maintain a valid Texas Driver’s License with a good driving record – no exceptions. Punctuality and regular attendance is required. Professionalism and great customer service skills are needed.

• One year of experience preferred as a Community Inspector for multiple communities.
• Following the governing documents/CCRs and state property code laws for each community.

• Inspectors will conduct business with board members and homeowners by phone, email, and occasionally in person. Preferred:
• MSFT office
• CINC or similar software system or the ability to learn quickly.
• Bi-lingual, English / Spanish - written & spoken, preferred butnot required.
