Job summary

Tradebe Environmental Services in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Receiving Sampler for 1st shift to safely sample and direct incoming drums throughout the plant. This hands-on role suits individuals with industrial or manufacturing experience who enjoy active, physical work and attention to detail.

You will operate on a 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, with forklift experience preferred. Competitive hourly pay up to $25 and weekly pay, plus benefits including health, vision,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with inventory or quality control is helpful.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to read and apply operational documents, SOPs, manifests, and bills of lading.
• Ability to work the assigned schedule and on-site as required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Sample the contents of incoming drums and submit materials to the lab for testing.
• Direct drums to their correct processing areas.
• Check rows of drums for accuracy and compliance, applying proper processing methods as needed.
• Maintain organized approval files and ensure all required documentation is complete.
• Verify that waste is approved under the facility’s RCRA permit.
• Handle waste safely and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Work in shipping and receiving areas, maintaining clear pathways and safe conditions.
• Assist with daily area inspections.
• Other duties as assigned.
