Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking a Drum and Percussion Specialist for the Roseville area. You will be the face of the Drum Shop, greeting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the right products to drive sales.

You will develop product knowledge, promote gear, and maintain an organized department. Prior retail experience and a passion for drumming are highly valued. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Drum and Percussion Equipment.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Genuine enthusiasm for drumming and percussion instruments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the Drum Department, providing excellent service throughout their shopping experience.
• Understand customers' musical needs and guide them to suitable Drum and Percussion products.
• Actively promote and sell drum gear to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain Drum Department cleanliness, organization, pricing, and displays according to standards.
• Participate in onboarding and vendor trainings to stay updated on products and trends.
