Job summary

Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking a Music Teacher to deliver lessons across our Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum and foster a love of music in students.

You will partner with the store Lessons Lead to schedule, retain student headcount, and provide excellent customer service while helping students grow and enjoy playing their instrument.

The position emphasizes integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect, with opportunities for growth and access to store perks and discounts on gear.

Qualifications

• Experience in music, education, or related field.
• Ability to teach instrument they are proficient in (drums, guitar, keyboard, etc.).
• Demonstrate competency and proficiency in the teaching area.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount.
• Teach students using the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
• Assist with Customer service as needed, helping to build and maintain long term students by creating a great experience.
• Additional duties as assigned.
