Recovery Monitoring Solutions in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Drug Testing Technician to administer drug tests and provide test results and technical support to company staff and government agencies. The position works under direct or general supervision.

Essential duties include administering Urinal Analyses per protocol and chain of custody, handling daily communications, billing and maintenance, and performing other duties as assigned. Training and certification are provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of proven Customer Service experience.
• Clean background and able to pass a drug screening.
• Strong verbal and communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Plan, organize and assign the work of others.
• Apply policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Perform computer data entry.
• Work within a team structure.
• Define problems, collect and analyze data, and determine valid solutions.
• Recognize and meet needs of customer/end user.
• Maintain focus and perform required duties while interacting with disagreeable customers/end users.
• Bend, stoop, lift objects up to 10lbs., and maintain mobility necessary to perform minimum functions associated with the position.

Responsabilités

• Administers Urinal Analyses samples per protocol and chain of custody procedures. (We will train and certify.)
• Manages daily communication, billing and maintenance items.
• Other duties as assigned.
