Job summary

Recovery Monitoring Solutions is seeking a dedicated team member in Dallas, TX to support urinalysis testing and related administrative tasks. Responsibilities include sample handling, data entry, and coordinating billing and maintenance activities. Training will be provided for chain-of-custody procedures.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work within a team, and a clean background with a drug screening. You may be deployed to another office as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of proven Customer Service experience.
• Clean background and able to pass a drug screening.
• Strong verbal and communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Plan, organize and assign the work of others.
• Apply policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Perform computer data entry.

Responsibilities

• Administers Urinal Analyses samples per protocol and chain of custody procedures. (We will train and certify.)
• Manages daily communication, billing and maintenance items.
• Other duties as assigned.
