The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of DOT/state guidelines. Prior call center or drug testing experience is preferred, with proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

• Availability to work 9:30 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday.
• Google Workspace proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Respond to client inquiries and assist donors with drug test results by phone or email.
• Track samples, process donor files, and provide status updates to clients.
• Place and track orders with accuracy and timely processing.
• Assist clients with accessing and navigating the i3screen web solution.
• Stay informed of client changes, regulatory updates, and SOP revisions.
• Support training efforts and establish client-specific protocols.
• Proactively contact clients to ensure program success and satisfaction.
• Verify medication information and dates of administration.
• Enter data and results accurately.
• Understand and adhere to DOT and state regulations.
• Communicate turnaround issues to management as needed.
• Assist with special projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of all i3screen and client information.
• Manage incoming mail.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and dependability.
