Job summary

Vertical Screen, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Health Services Researcher to support clients’ applicants by handling calls regarding drug screens and health services. This full-time, in-office role is based in Warminster, PA with a 9am–5pm weekday schedule and pays $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include handling high-volume calls, evaluating required documentation, processing invoices, and performing general administrative tasks. Fluency in Spanish is a plus; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Must work in a fast-paced inbound/outbound call center environment.
• Ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer navigation.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls
• Evaluate documentation and information needed
• Processing and following up on invoices and faxes
• Administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and mailing documents
• Maintain and document detailed notes in the system regarding applicant correspondence
