Job summary

Vertical Screen, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Health Services Researcher for a full-time, in-office role in Warminster, PA.

The position supports applicants by handling health-service calls and documentation, with a standard 9am–5pm schedule, Monday through Friday, and a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. Responsibilities include handling high call volumes, evaluating required information, processing invoices and faxes, and performing general administrative duties while maintaining thorough notes

Qualifications

• Experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internal software.

Job Description

The Occupational Health Services Researcher supports our clients’ applicants by handling incoming calls regarding drug screens and other health services.

This is a full-time in office position located in Warminster, PA. We are looking to fill a 9am-5pm shift Monday through Friday. This position pays $16.00/hr.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls
• Evaluate documentation and information needed
• Processing and following up on invoices and faxes
• Administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and mailing different types of documents
• Maintain and document detailed notes in system regarding correspondence with applicants

Required Skills

• Must be able to work in a fast paced, inbound/outbound call center environment
• Ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to efficiently operate and navigate a computer and internal software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in Spanish a plus!

Education

The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.
