Responsibilities:

Business/ Customer
  • Coordinate with clients and teams to ensure deliverables are always met, provide the team with a vision of the project objectives and motivate and inspire team members
  • Lead and manage all teams within the project, guide team managers in executing deliverables and KPIs as well as design continuously improving quality assurance processes
  • Engage in client discussions , and build trusting relationship while understanding their requirements and help fill-in process gaps
  • Key contact for client escalations in the project, respond to all client queries as per the need and anticipate potential issues and resolve proactively
  • Develop robust process overview and domain knowledge understanding of competitive landscape and understanding client expectations
  • Share all project delivery metrics with client on a monthly/annual basis and ensure maintenance of internal trackers and utilization data
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis – client requests; query-based research and seek opportunities to expand business
  • Obtain and coordinate space, furniture, equipment, and communication lines for team members
  • Coordinate the review, presentation and release of design layouts, drawings, analysis and other documentation
  • Coordinates meetings with the product committee, project manager and functional management to discuss project impediments, needed resources or issues/delays in completing the task
  • Keep the project manager and delivery lead informed of task accomplishment, issues and status
  • Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other teams

Project Process
  • Design and implement training programs, production planning for respective teams, implement policies, quality checks at product level, product improvement and managing deliveries.
  • Improve the research techniques/ approach to increase the content coverage and add value to the database, proactively engage the team and ensure a high degree of quality, suggestions on improvement ideas & collaboration with Tech team for execution
  • Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement in the processes though SS/IPA/RPA process
  • Initiate sub-groups or sub-teams as appropriate to resolve issues and perform tasks in parallel and coordinate team logistics
  • Support regular auditing of the database and working folders to ensure proper documentation and data management
  • Implement best practices and ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing across teams
  • Ensure review SOPs of all processes and suggest changes wherever necessary as frequently as possible

People
  • Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance
  • Support on hiring resources to support the team’s requirements
  • Actively participate and contribute to team initiatives: regular team meetings, brainstorming of thoughts and ideas, etc.
  • Conduct performance appraisals for team members and provide them constructive feedback for learning path and career growth
  • Recognize and celebrate team accomplishments and reward exceptional performance
  • Attend all internal trainings and engagement activities and; organize self-time to deliver tasks efficiently
  • Report to the Manager on performance status and any escalations, and other schedule adherence related mandates

Requirements:

Educational Guidelines
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate/ Doctorate degree in life sciences/Pharmacy/Medical sciences or equivalent degrees
  • Sector specific qualification is an added advantage
  • Technical Skills - Knowledge of Fundamental Analysis and MS Office Suite“
