Job summary

GSK is seeking a capability and development leader for the Drug Product facility at the Marietta site. You will design and implement an end-to-end capability strategy, align with site leadership, and drive workforce onboarding and career pathways for Drug Product operations.

You will partner with HR, quality, engineering, and GPS to deliver training, dashboards, and sustainment across manufacturing readiness, emphasizing on-the-job coaching and compliance with GMP standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a GMP Drug Product manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or operational field.
• Experience designing or governing capability systems and learning architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the Drug Product capability strategy and 3-year roadmap.
• Lead deployment of digital tools and learning tech to scale capability-building.
• Create and maintain training materials and dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, MSAT and cross-functional partners.
• Design and sustain the capability operating system for Drug Product.
