Job summary

GSK is seeking a capability development leader for the Drug Product facility at the Marietta site. The role designs and implements end-to-end capability strategies, aligns workforce onboarding with site strategy, and partners with HR, operations, quality, and learning partners to deliver training and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GMP-regulated drug product manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own the Drug Product facility capability strategy and 3-year capability roadmap.
• Deploy digital tools, augmented reality, AI, and other smart learning technologies to accelerate learning.
• Plan and track development of training materials using tools like Microsoft Project.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, MSAT to align content with readiness needs.
• Lead the Learning Council to prioritize capability work and maintain roadmaps.
• Define success measures for capability investments and evaluate effectiveness.
