• Create an environment where customers feel welcome and valued by answering questions about products.
• Gain knowledge of products and respond with recommendations.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover items of interest.
• Inform customers about specials and promotions.
• Suggest Drug GM items to meet customer needs.
• Review sell-by dates and take appropriate actions.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Report discrepancies in product ordering or shipping to the department manager.
• Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Stay informed about current ads and promotions.
• Follow safety procedures and identify unsafe conditions for management.
