Responsibilities:

1. Create a welcoming environment by answering questions about products and offering samples.
2. Maintain knowledge of products and respond to customer inquiries with suggestions.
3. Inform customers of specials and recommend products to meet their needs.
4. Review product dates, label, stock, and inventory merchandise.
5. Report discrepancies, safety issues, and accidents to management.
6. Practice safety procedures, inspect equipment, and notify management of repairs.
7. Handle stressful situations and manage conflicts professionally.
8. Support and assist diverse customer groups, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
9. Perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
