Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
• 5 years in a clinical practice role.
• Current RN nursing license in OH and/or MI.
• Knowledge of medication dispensing technology (ADC).

• Monitor drug diversion risks and opportunities to prevent incidents.
• Analyze data and collaborate with leaders and clinicians.

You will collaborate with leaders, clinicians and operational teams to monitor diversion risks, analyze data and advance initiatives that strengthen regulatory compliance and patient safety.You will play a key role in diversion prevention, education, monitoring, investigation and reporting activities. As a subject matter expert, you will identify improvement opportunities related to controlled substance management and help strengthen the Drug Diversion Prevention, Detection and Response Program while reducing risk and promoting accountability throughout the organization.The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
