Job summary

Atlantic Health Morristown, NJ seeks a Manager of Corporate Drug Diversion Prevention Compliance to support the Director in leading an enterprise-wide program ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. You will proactively identify risks and implement strategies to prevent, detect, and respond to drug diversion across hospitals, clinics, and physician practices.

Qualifications

• NJ Pharmacist or RN licensure with regulatory knowledge.
• Experience in healthcare compliance or drug diversion programs.
• Familiarity with federal and state drug diversion regulations.
• Ability to analyze legislation and enforce corrective actions.
• Strong communication and investigative capabilities.
• Competence in documenting investigations and outcomes.
• Understanding of automated dispensing systems and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and improving an enterprise-wide diversion prevention program.
• Serve as SME in drug diversion prevention and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze federal/state regulations and assess organizational impact.
• Maintain knowledge of evolving regulations and enforcement trends.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits across care settings.
• Monitor data from dispensing systems and EHRs to identify risks.
• Lead investigations in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure investigations are well-documented and compliant.
• Provide guidance on policies, controls and monitoring activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards and KPIs to measure effectiveness.
• Deliver education and awareness programs on diversion prevention.
