Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field and an active RN license or equivalent credential.
• ASHP Drug Diversion Certificate required within 12 months of hire.
• Experience with medication management, compliance, and data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the drug diversion prevention program.
• Develop and revise policies related to diversion prevention.
• Conduct risk assessments and drive process improvements.
• Lead diversion investigations and coordinate with teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DEA, FDA, CMS, and Joint Commission.
• Educate staff on diversion risks and reporting expectations.
• Collaborate across departments to improve medication security and safety.
