Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health in Savage, MN is seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to provide individual and group counseling for clients with substance use disorders. The role is fully onsite with three evening groups per week and a 40-hour schedule option (five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days).

You will lead evening groups 5:00PM–9:00PM, document thoroughly, and collaborate with the treatment team to tailor personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor (LADC) with an active and unrestricted license in Minnesota or an ADC-T.
• Experience with substance use treatment and evidence-based practices.
• Ability to lead evening groups 5:00PM–9:00PM and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions for patients with addiction.
• Conduct intakes and assessments to guide treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in accordance with 245G and 1115 Demonstration Waiver requirements.
• Participate in clinical consultations and staff meetings to ensure continuity of care.

Compensation

This is an exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $64,000 - $70,000 annually.

• Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE.
• Employees in these positions are W2.
